To begin, we offer cash payouts to every Artist Quarterly. This is done through PayPal, depending on how many sales each artist generates within the yearly Quarter. Every artist begins at a 2% payout per product/print sold and can reach up to 5%!

Yes! Although Canvus does not ship outside of Canada or the United States at the moment, Artist’s outside of these countries are always welcome to join our Artist Club & receive commissions as well!

At the moment, Canvus unfortunately does not have a feature that displays an Artist’s sales. The only time an artist will see their sales is when they receive their Quarterly payout through PayPal, where a detailed invoice showing what they’ve sold is provided.

Send us an email at contact@canvus.ca , provide us with your Artist name, Canvus ID, along with a picture(s) of the artwork you would like to add or remove and let Canvus handle the rest!

Every Artist will receive 2% commission for every unit sold. Commission will be based on net sales. Once the Artist sells 399 units of their combined artworks on their Artist account, their base 2% commission will jump to 3%. Once the Artist sells 699 units of their artworks, their commission increases to 4% and once the Artist sells 999 units of their artworks, their commission will increase to 5% from that point going forward.

We are sorry to hear that you did not get your delivery. Please email us at contact@canvus.ca using the e-mail address you used to place your order, and we will contact the shipping company on your behalf to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

We ship from the Canvus Headquarters located in Montreal, Quebec in Canada.

Once the order for a custom Canvus is placed, it is not eligible for a refund.
